I contacted multiple companies to evaluate a foundation issue on my parents home. After speaking with all three companies after the evaluation and quotes were given, I had several technical conversations with all 3. The more I questioned the low bidder the more generic and unsure his answers became. The high bidder, who was well known and advertises everywhere, it became obvious that they were overselling. The structural damage evidence didn't exist in areas they insisted needed to be repaired. Ground Up answered all of my questions with confident detailed answers and didn't try to sell us on repairs in areas that didn't need it. They were not the lowest bidder or the highest, but they were the best company for the job. Ground Up handled the structural issue and a mold issue with professionalism and solid confident repair work. I would recomend them to anyone needing this service.
