I contacted multiple companies to evaluate a foundation issue on my parents home. After speaking with all three companies after the evaluation and quotes were given, I had several technical conversations with all 3. The more I questioned the low bidder the more generic and unsure his answers became. The high bidder, who was well known and advertises everywhere, it became obvious that they were overselling. The structural damage evidence didn't exist in areas they insisted needed to be repaired. Ground Up answered all of my questions with confident detailed answers and didn't try to sell us on repairs in areas that didn't need it. They were not the lowest bidder or the highest, but they were the best company for the job. Ground Up handled the structural issue and a mold issue with professionalism and solid confident repair work. I would recomend them to anyone needing this service.

From the first Phone call to the detail when cleaning up and replacing my landscaping. Ground up was professional, polite, polished, and on time! The Bid process with Jason was informative, and well explained. I feel the scope of work in my situation was also fair for the amount of work, equipment, manpower it would take. Bid was professionally delivered to me, in an easy to read and understandable packet that included photos, measurements, scope of work, and breakdown of installments expected. Had a couple days delayed due to rain, totally understandable as a man from a construction family, and the Office staff was so polite and kept me informed. Once the day was set, the crew showed up on time, and after a short explanation session, got right to work. I will say Foreman Bailey…absolutely the Best! They did have a manpower issue, pretty sure because of the 110 degree heat index, but after the one employee left, wasn’t long Ground up had additional reinforcement show up, and got a good days work in. Minor set back for me, but a change order was needed, I was shown the issue, explained thoroughly, and discussed what was needed. Gave the OK, and they had an additional day to finish. All in all, a job of this magnitude, in the heat we had, these Guys Rocked! Day 3 finished with Bailey and crew putting my landscaping back with great detail down to leveling my river rock and making sure I was fully satisfied before they departed! I hope to never need their services again, but will have no worries calling Ground Up again! A+ company and experience!!

Engineer Zach came out to discuss cracks in my driveway. Appreciated. He gave me very technical sound information. We discussed severity the implications He thoroughly showed me a different areas to look for on my house if the cracks increased. There was no pressure into buying a project so there wasn’t a sales job. An honest evaluation in an honest review of materials they use. I did choose to proceed with work and will love to update once work is complete. I appreciated. It wasn’t a pressure sales job But more of is it a good fit and do I need to work?
